Alexandre Carneiro’s professional journey began even before higher education, with technical training in electronics during high school, providing him with a strong foundation in logic, troubleshooting, and systems thinking.

In the early 2000s, he transitioned fully into the Information Technology field, earning professional qualifications and launching his career through Microsoft certifications focused on Windows Server administration and enterprise environments. During this stage, he worked directly with corporate servers, user authentication systems, and infrastructure stability, gaining firsthand experience in how IT supports large-scale business operations.

// CAREER TIMELINE

In 2008, Alexandre Carneiro specialized in network administration with Cisco Systems and joined Orange Business Services. Working in large-scale managed services environments, he supported and maintained enterprise networks for corporate clients, gaining valuable experience with international standards, strict SLAs, and mission-critical infrastructures.

In 2012, he joined MediData and worked on-site at Rede Globo, one of Latin America's largest media production complexes. He supported the network infrastructure behind live broadcasts and large-scale media operations, gaining experience in highly critical environments.

In 2015, after Dimension Data absorbed the Globo operation, Alexandre was retained by the company. In 2018, he joined the Network Projects and Wireless Team in São Paulo as an Infrastructure Analyst, delivering wired and wireless network solutions from design through implementation and validation.

Following Dimension Data's acquisition by NTT Group, he continued with NTT Data until 2021. During this period, he expanded his expertise in enterprise wireless deployments, site surveys with Ekahau and AirMagnet, and large-scale network monitoring.

In 2020, Alexandre joined Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as a Network Expert supporting Exelon Enterprises, a major U.S. energy company. He worked with high-availability networks and gained experience with U.S. operational standards and compliance requirements.

In 2022, Alexandre joined Cisco Systems in Kraków, Poland, as a Technical Consulting Engineer. He provided global 24/7 enterprise support, specializing in advanced switching troubleshooting, VLANs, QoS, multicast, and security technologies including 802.1X, ACLs, and port security.
